Frontline: Mobile App

Overview:

The Frontline Education mobile app is a quick and easy way to access Aesop while on-the-go.

Substitutes can view and accept jobs. Substitute Quickstart guide in article attchements.
Employees will be able to check leave balances and create absences. Employee Quickstart guide in article attachments.
Campus Users can view employees and manage Timesheets.

Downloading and Logging into the AppSee More

Go to the Apple Store or Play Store to download the 'Frontline Education' app.

Search for 'Frontline Education' app. Download and open it.
Click on the Get Started button.
On the initial log in screen click on the 'Or Sign In with Organization SSO' link that is below the main log in box. Sometimes you have to click this twice.
On the SSO screen enter your school district email (ex, mickey.mouse@matsuk12.us) in the Organization Email Address field and Click 'Look up organization sign in page'
On the fs.matsuk12.us screen use the ID format 'ab012345@ad.matsuk12.us' with your network password.
Select a Role and click 'Continue' to complete your log in. Some users will have multiple roles to choose from.
1. If you have multiple roles you will see a Switch button at the top right of the screen after you choose any role.
Depending on your phone settings you may be asked to allow Face ID and Push Notifications at this point.

Substitute UseSee More

Substitute User Home Screen:

The home screen has several sections available, A 'Reorder Widgets' option at the bottom of the home page allows you to manage the order of the following:

See new features and view latest release notes on the app.
Available Jobs: View and accept availble jobs.
1. Use the arrow to open a specific job.
2. Use the top arrow or View All Available Jobs.
3. On the resulting screen you can see all available jobs and all accepted jobs.
4. Choose a specific job by clicking the arrow to the right.
5. See additional info about the job and reject or accept the job.
Next Scheduled Job:
1. Use the arrow to open a specific job.
2. See more info about the job, including the time and address.
3. See the job number.
4. Add the job to your calendar.

Employees will also see the Menu and Inbox icons at the bottom of every screen

Menu is another way to navigate to many of the screens above. There are additional option in menu as well, including Calendar, Help Center, Settings, Feedback and a Privacy Policy.
Inbox is where an employee may get notifications and alerts

Employee Home Screen:

The home screen has several sections available, A 'Reorder Widgets' option at the bottom of the home page allows you to manage the order of the following:

What's New: See new features and view latest release notes on the app.
Timesheets: View weekly timesheet totals, manage additional time, and submit your timesheet.
Approved Absences: See your approved absences totals for the current fiscal year.
Available Leave Balances: See your available leave balances for the current fiscal year.
1. Expand the overview by clicking on the arrow, to display balances up by Upcoming, Past and Denied.
Absences: Quickest way to create an absence. Just click the 'Create Absence' button.

Insights: See metrics about district job fill rates.

Campus User See More

Campus Users are Principal, Admin Secretary and Supervisors who manage staff.

Campus User Home Screen:

The home screen has several sections available, A 'Reorder Widgets' option at the bottom of the home page allows you to manage the order of the following:

Absence Overview: See total Unfilled and Filled Absences for yesterday, today and tomorrow at your organization. This graphic is district wide.
See new features and view latest release notes on the app.
Approvals: View and manage any absences awaiting approval in your workflow.
1. Use the arrow to open and manage your absence requests.
2. Click on the record to view more info.
3. Assign a sub, if necessary.
4. See notes the employee left for the substitute or administrator.
5. Deny or Approve absence.
Absences Today: See your absences totals for today.
1. Choose the arrow for a specific absence to view more info about that absence.
2. Use the Arrow or View More button to open new screen to choose a different date.
3. Use the Date dropdown arrow to choose a different date. Or click the forward and back buttons to scroll to a different day.
4. Choose the arrow for a specific record to view more info about that absence.
5. Use the + button to manually add an absence for an employee.
6. Assign a substitute for the job.
7. See notes the employee left for the substitute or administrator.
