MSS Update W-2 & 1095 Delivery Methods


  • The method in which employees would like to receive their W-2 and 1095 forms each year can easily be updated through Munis Self Serve. This information can be changed at any time; however, Payroll will be processing tax forms during January of each year. Therefore, in order to ensure you receive your forms by the method you prefer it is advised that you update this information by January 1st. Once updated, the delivery selection does not have to be changed again unless your preference changes.

Follow these instructions to update your delivery methods for your W-2 and 1095 forms:

  1. Access Munis Self Serve via Employee Quick Links or click the above URL under Navigation. 
  2. Login and click Personal Information on the right-hand menu.

  3. Next, click Tax form delivery above your personal information. 
  4. Finally, select one of the available delivery methods. Your information will automatically be updated in the payroll system and no further action on your part is necessary.
