Edit Page

Overview:

MSBSD Website > Employee Quick Links > ShareSuccess
  • Editing a page in ShareSuccess allows you to add text, apps, and more to the site. The ability to edit is dependent on rights.
 

Instructions:

  1. Open ShareSuccess. From the Portal Page, navigate to the page you want to edit. Click “Edit” in the top right-hand corner.

  2. If editing or adding text, put your cursor where you want to add or edit and make changes.

  3. To add new Apps, put your cursor where you want the App to be placed. Click the Insert Tab > App Part and select the App to add. Click “Add.” The App will be inserted.

  4. To insert a Web Part, put your cursor where you want the Web Part to be placed. Click the Insert Tab > Web Part and select the web part to add. Click “Add.” The web part will be inserted.

  5. To remove Apps or Web Parts, select the app or web part to remove so that it is outlined in blue. Select the “Web Part” tab at the top of the screen and select “Delete”. The app or web part will be deleted. NOTE: this item can be added again by following the steps above.

  6. After editing the page, select the Page Tab and click “Save.”

  7. To discard any changes you’ve made, select the Page Tab and click the down-arrow under “Save.” Click “Stop Editing.” You’ll be prompted to save or discard your changes.
