Profile Page

Overview:

MSBSD Website > Employee Quick Links > ShareSuccess
  • Updating your profile in ShareSuccess helps people find you easily, allows for positive working relationships, and empowers staff to get (and offer) help as needed.
 

Instructions:

  1. Open ShareSuccess. Select your name in the top right-hand corner and click “About Me.”

  2. Your profile page loads as part of the “Delve” program in Office 365. Delve brings relevant content and people straight to you.

  3. Click “Edit Profile” below your name to add a picture and personal information to your profile.

  4. The “Edit Details” page will load. Complete the “Basic Information” section.

  5. Select “Contact Information” and complete the information there.

  6. Select “Details” and complete information there.

  7. Click “Save all and Close” to save your changes.

  8. As the pop-up indicates, your changes may not appear immediately. However, they were saved. Click “OK.”

  9. You will return to the Delve homepage and your changes may be displayed.

  10. To return to ShareSuccess, click the “waffle” in the top right-hand corner. Then select “Sites.”

  11. Select “MSBSD Hub.”

  12. The Employee Portal will load.
