Export List

  • Export lists (including task lists and custom lists) to Excel for quick sorting, categorizing, and printing.


  1. Open ShareSuccess. From the Portal Page, navigate to the list you want to export. Select the app or web part that contains the list by clicking somewhere within the app or web part itself (as indicated by the orange box, below). The “List” tab will appear at the top of the page.

  2. Click the “List” tab. Select “Export to Excel.”

  3. When prompted click “Open.”

  4. When prompted, click “Enable” to create a data connection between your file and the list in ShareSuccess.

  5. The file will open in Excel.
