Overview:
The Workflows Library Automation Software delivers a very dynamic Help system. This help system can be used for troubleshooting or training.
Instructions:
The Help system can be used three ways, to search for your topic, browse the menu, or use the “Context” feature. It is recommended that you use the Context option as described below.
Using the Help Context Menu
- Go the page or Wizard that you need help with.
- Click on Help from the menu bar.
- Select Context--- a help page will open for exactly the page you are on. You will find detailed directions for all the options on the page. Links to other related help pages are included, and the entire Help menu is accessible.
If you have further issues not identified above then click the Request Service button below to work with a technician. Choose "Library Software" in the Other Software dropdown.
