Logging into Tyler Deploy
Launch Tyler Deploy web site: https://tylerdeploy.com/home
Authenticate; Username format is your MSBSD E-mail example: first.last@matsuk12.us and will require a Multi Factor Authentication code to continue.
NOTE: Any first-time user will require pre-installation of one of the many Authenticator APP options. (FreeOTP, Google Authenticator, okta, Microsoft Authenticator, etc). May I recommend the "Microsoft Authenticator" APP to get the two factor authenticator, it is free and works with well with your O365 School or Work Account. Can be downloaded from your Mobile Device APP Store. You will need to choose setup to sign in with your Microsoft School or work account as follows:

OPEN the Microsoft Authenticator APP and Scan the barcode displayed on your TylerDeploy Web site. Then on your computer enter the 6 digit code to finish the Mobile Authenticator Setup (Screen shot below)
- At the Tyler Deploy HOME Screen
- Select a Client to get started, click in the blank Field Name area
- Then a drop-down option is available to click on:“Matanuska-Susitna Borough Schools – AK 41464”
Click the HOME button again to load the Deployment Overview for the current versions of the 3 Environments and specific Product Release version we are at.
Release Notes
NOTE: When a Release version is BOLD this designates an Update is available.
How to Find and Download for Review of any specific Product MIU we will use the Example of the one Product: MUNIS ERP
- Release Notes menu
- Use drop down to select a Specific Product: example MUNIS ERP
- Click in the blank Release Field to open the Scroll option
- Scroll too and select a specific Version for access to their Release Notes
After a selection is made of the Specific Version, a Release Notes Download CSV link will then appear. As well as a list view, detailing the MUN-432354 information.
