Parallels web client

Open Parallels HTML5 Client
Username is your ADID with @sisasp at the end of it
Password (needs updated every 3 months)
If you get a pop up like this choose "Always open in Parallels HTML5 Client"
When the page opens, click on the Routing and Planning icon

NOTE: Setting in Chrome browser will allow for direct printing, to avoid having to save files

In Chrome browser, three dots, settings
Privacy and security, choose Site Settings
Additional Content Settings
PDF documents,Choose "Open PDFs in Chrome"

Printing Reports

Once that setting is set, sign in and you can open a report in Routing and Planning
Set your needed parameters for the report
Click Print, in the dialog box, from the drop down list choose "Default"
File will open in a print window that you can then print or save as PDF file

Set up WINSCP (MSBSD Staff Only)See More

Download the latest WINSCP
A file will show up in the bottom left corner, when it is done, double click it to run.
Select install mode, if you choose install for me only it will not require Admin privileges, if you choos Install for all users you will need an IT Admin to complete the process.
Choose Typical installtion, Next
User interface style - Commander, Next
Setup window Ready to Install, choose Install
Finish

Logging into WINSCP

Windows search type, WINSCP, select the application
When the application opens you will need to use your log in for Parallels and the Host name: versatranftp.tylerhost.net SAVE
Login

Getting Exported Data (MSBSD Staff Only)See More

When logged into Routing and Planning via Parallels

Export, Find the report type you want to export, double click.
Choose the Student File to use.
Choose the report, double click
Set the parameters, Create
In the Save as window, click on This PC, then choose MatanuskaSusutnaBoroughSchools under Network locations
Then choose UerDefinedShares
Find the location with your userID and then name the file and save.

Go back to the WINSCP application

Note: The first time you need to do the follow steps.

Login
On the right side panel choose MatanuskaSusutnaBoroughSchools
Choose UserDefinedShares
Find the folder with your user ID.
Find the file, now you can drag it over to a folder in the left panel to access from your computer file explorer.

Viewing Archived Data

Log into Parallels
Clcik Run First Force Group Policy
A black command box will appear, Computer Policy update has completed successfully
Open Routing and Planning, sign in
File, Specify Connection
From the database dropdown select the one with HIST, for Historical
You will have to sign in again
Be sure to go back to live information when you are done viewing the Historical database.
