Instructions
- In Employee Quick Links, select TeamDynamix Tickets and KB articles
- In the Knowledge Base, select Services and Business Service.
- From the service request, select ‘Long-Term Certified Sub Form'.
- Complete all applicable fields including the absent teacher’s name, the substitute’s name, substitute employee ID, the degree earned, and the dates of the long-term substitute position.
- Verify the 1st day the certified substitute filled the vacancy, the 20th day in the vacancy, and the expected end date of the vacancy. These fields are utilized by Human Resources to ensure the correct rate of pay is processed accurately.
- The description field can be utilized to include any necessary information associated with the long-term substitute or vacancy.
- Once all required fields are completed, the ticket should be submitted for processing.
- Once the ticket is submitted, Human Resources will process the request and contact the site for additional information or clarification.
