Accessing Employee Access

First time access will require personal information

Click on the link from Employee Quick links
You will then have to log in using your MSBSD login information; format is userID@ad.matsuk12.us
This will take you to the Organization sign in page where you will enter your current password
First time users will need to enter some additional information

Email address should be MSBSD district email format first.last@matsuk12.us
Last 4 off SSN
Date of Birth
Zip Code

Note: When you return to Employee Access for future visits you will sign in using this format: userID@ad.matsuk12.us and current password

In the top right click Add claim button
Choose claim type
Enter claim information
Enter Expense types and amounts
Attach supporting documents
Submit Claim

Update Personal InformationSee More

This update may take up to 48 hours to populate to other programs such as Frontlines.

Expand My information and Click on Profile
From here use the Pencil/Edit button to add/update your address, personal email or phone number
You will also be able to edit Emergency Contact and Dependents
