Former Employee Access (MSS)

Log In/Create account

1. Click on the link from Employee Quick links
2. If you've already created Former Employee Access account you can enter your  alternative/personal email address and click Next to proceed to the next screen which will require you to enter the password used when you initially created this account.
   NOTE: This must match the alternative email address HR has on file, if you have any uncertainty in the email address please contact the Call Center before proceeding.

3. If this is your first time accessing Former Employee Access click Create an account and proceed with the following steps:
   
4. The next screen will require you enter your alternative/personal email address, first name, last name, and a new password.  Once done click Next.
   NOTE: This must match the information HR has on file, if you have any uncertainty in this information please contact the Call Center before proceeding.
5. Check your alternative emails inbox, you should see email "Welcome to your Community Access account" which will contain a six-digit verification code.  Enter this code on the next screen and click Verify.
6. The next screen has optional information, just click continue.
7. The following screen will require you to enter personal information:

• Last 4 off SSN
• Date of Birth
• Zip code
  Note:  This must match the information HR has on file, bear this in mind if you have moved since you last updated HR.
  
• If all fields match with HRs information when you click Submit you will be taken directly to your dashboard screen where you can access your W2 on the right side of your screen.
