Summary of Performance (SOP)

Overview:

The Summary of Performance can be located in two different locations. When the time is appropriate it will be in the current process or it can be found Misc Documents labeled SOP. A Summary of Performance (SOP) can be completed at any time during the student’s senior year or if they attend a post high school transition program it is to be completed their last year of attendance.
