Nurse Volunteer Requirements

Overview:

The Matanuska-Susitna Borough School District (MSBSD) is committed to providing a safe work environment for our employees and students. In pursuit if this goal, the following Volunteer forms and documents need to be in place for a Volunteer Nurse in the district.

Board Policy on Volunteers can be found by clicking on Polices, Community Relations, AR1240.

List of needed forms and documents are:

1. Volunteer application - Expand HR section for the form.
2. Interested Persons Report, obtained at the State Troopers Department
3. Hold Harmless statement - Volunteer
4. Signed Confidentiality Statement for Classroom Observation 
5. Copy of current RN license
