Overview:
Navigate to the
Community Use home page in the Facilities Department pages.
No log in credentials required.
- Look for COMMUNITY CALENDAR Link

- Choose your school site, this will bring you to your site's community use calendar view. There are a 3 view type options.
- Calendar View- This is a full calendar view.

- Details View- This will show the images connected to the event and the details of the view.

- List View- This will show events in a list format.

- In the center of the page there is a VIEW BY: options dropdown.
This is a great way to narrow down what you see.
- Search- When you click the Search button some filtering options open up.
Here you can search by specific dates, keywords, category and location.
- Set as Default- You can set the search parameters as your Default view using the Set as Default button. Note: Remember to use the clear button in order to see events outside of what you Default filters are set to.
