Community Use

Overview:

Facility Use is the district solution for schools and the community to view all reserved meetings in a building.  They can view what is currently going on in a building for support or to see if they have the availability to use the building for their meeting.  Everyone can see the calendar without having an account.  If you want to reserve a space you will need to create an account. 

Features and Benefits:

  • All Facility Use Requests need to be submitted using SchoolDude's Community Use. Download detailed directions here.
  • Cost is $75.00 an hour, for outside groups, for times outside of normal coverage, with a four hour minimum. Normal coverage is from after school to 9 PM for Elementary Schools and after school to 10 PM for Middle and High Schools, on scheduled school days. (Other charges may apply.)
  • Please check out the fee schedule for all groups.  There are fees during the week now along with the weekend rates.
  • Most normal coverage times are free, depending on size of group and activity. However, there is a custodial charge of $25 an hour after an event for clean up. Hours depend on area used and amount attending.
  • Any and all school closures cancels all scheduled Facility Use Activities.
  • Facility Usage is on a first come first serve basis.

Authorized Users:

  • Anyone can view the calendar of events.
  • You have to create your own account to reserve space for use.
