Managing Wanted E-mail
Creating a Whitelist user email address or company domain within your “Barracuda” Email Quarantine filter.
Employee Quick Links has a web link titled “Email Quarantine”
Enter your full MSBSD e-mail address as: firstname.lastname@matsuk12.us
click NEXT then your Password. When the Barracuda Dashboard loads,
1) Select the tab “Settings” then 2) Sender Policy
3) Policy dropdown use “Exempt” to allow senders email.
4) enter the FULL user e-mail no-reply@schooldismissalmanager.com
or just the company domain with the @ symbol (@dell.com)
Add comment and then click ADD.
Please NOTE you cannot add both Exempt and Blocked for any user or Domain. So first look in the BLOCKED Policy list and remove it prior to adding to the Exempt Policy list.
