- MSBSD uses Email Archive- Barracuda to handle your email archiving.
- You can use this website from any internet browser anywhere. You do not need to be within the district to access Email Archive.
Using Email Archive

The archive program remembers both your emails and your calendar appointments. When you first log in, you will likely see the future holidays that were automatically generated as calendar appointments.

We archive data for 5 years. To find a particular piece of mail you’re looking for, use the search feature at the top of the page.
- Selecting the “Advanced” button on the right side of the search bar switches it into advanced mode, where you can filter down your results with multiple parameters.

To add additional parameters, use the + button on the left side of the search bar while in advanced mode.

Using this tool, you can search using a large variety of parameters, such as: who the email is From, who’s CC’d on it, date ranges, or attachment names.
