Email Issues

Overview:

If you are experiencing issues with Outlook, Outlook Web Access, Mobile device email.

Features and Benefits:

  • Outlook is accessible from a Windows computer. On a District managed Windows PC, the Outlook Client should auto-fill the settings.
  • Outlook Web is accessible from Employee Quicklinks. User ID is your network loginid followed by @ad.matsuk12.us. The password is the same as your network password.
  • Mobile device email configuration information is available in our Knowledge Base articles.

All personnel working as an employee of MSBSD


Request Process:

  • Select Request Service from the menu on the right.
  • Fill out the form with as much information as you can provide.
More detail is appreciated and allows for faster resolution.

User Responsibilities:

  • Provide a "Short Description" of the issue. This will become the title of the Service Request and the title of any related emails.
  • Provide a "Detailed Description" of the issue.
More detail is better than less. For example, if the issue ONLY happens when a specific action is performed this would allow for faster and better troubleshooting.

Requirements and Prerequisites:

  • Type of access used when the issue occurred.
  • Identify whether the issue involves what is seen on the display or the pen/touch (interaction with the display)
  • If it is someone other than yourself, identify the person logged in while the issue is happening.
