Synergy SIS Issues


Synergy is the district’s student information system (SIS). This page is for assistance with issues in the SIS.

Authorized Users:

All MSBSD Employees who work directly in the SIS, to include TeacherVUE and AdminVUE.

Request Process:

  • Select Request Service from the menu on the right.
  • Fill out the form with as much information as you can provide.
More detail is appreciated and allows for faster resolution.

User Responsibilities:

You have accessed the KB and the search feature above to look for any assistance with your issue.

More detail is better than less. For example, if the issue ONLY happens when a specific action is performed this would allow for faster and better troubleshooting.

Requirements and Prerequisites:

  • Include the Screen Name, or page, where the issue is.
  • Identify the person logged in while the issue is happening, and include the operator number.
