Synergy SIS Access Request

 

Overview:

This process is used for an administrator to request access additions and/or changes for any staff member. Synergy Roles are assigned based on staff member job codes from HR. If there are other duties as assigned than their main role, use this request process.

  • 504 Coordinator
  • Attendance (Mass Update)
  • Course History (Transcripts)
  • Discipline (Add/Edit/Delete)
  • Grading (Edit)
  • Health (View)
  • Mass Scheduling
  • MTSS/RTI
  • Online Registration

 

Request Process:

User role is assigned based on the staff member's job code.  If there are other duties as assigned; 504, Course History, Discipline, MTSS, OLR, then use the Request Service button to request.

 
 

User Responsibilities:

The designated staff acknowledges and agrees to the responsibilities of using Synergy and maintaining student data per BP 3523. As outlined, “Any employee who violates this policy and/or corresponding regulations and procedures may have their system access privileges suspended and may be subject to discipline up to and including termination of employment.”
