Project Request Form

Overview:

This page is to submit Project Ledger requests (SSASR, Student Allotments, Project Ledger).  SSASR Project/activities must be in compliance with School Board Policy, District Administrative Regulations, and Alaska State Law.  Please review the MSBSD Co-Curricular Handbook for additional information.

Request Process:

  • Select Request Service from the menu on the right.
  • Fill out the form with as much information as you can provide.
