Student Activity Access (SchoolPay) NOT FOR TEACHER USE

Please use this page for:

  • SchoolPay Access needs
  • MUNIS Student Activity View

Authorized Users:

  • Principal and Admin Secretary

Request Process:

  • Select Request Service from the menu on the right.
  • Fill out the form with as much information as you can provide.
  • Your request will be picked up by a Specialist and you will be contacted via a Team Dynamix email. After the ticket has been closed, you will be receiving a quick survey where you can provide feedback on the service you received.
More detail is appreciated and allows for faster resolution.

User Responsibilities:

  • Provide the user, email and the permissions being requested for the user. 
    • Note: Front desk payment collectors need access to School Pay Extracurricular, Cocurricular, and School General Use. 
  • Permissions are outlined below:
  • MUNIS Activity Rights - Rights to complete receipts, transfers, create PO’s, and run reports in Munis Student Activities
  • School Pay School Administrator - Rights to all School Pay items and administrator access
  • School Pay School Extracurricular - Access to maintain items and collect payments for items tagged as category “Extracurricular”
  • School Pay School Cocurricular - Access to maintain items and collect payments for items tagged as category “Cocurricular”
  • School Pay School General Use - Access to maintain items and collect payments for items tagged as category “School General Use”
  • School Pay District Facility Use Department - Access to maintain items and collect payments for Facility use Department only
  • School Pay District HR/Payroll Department - Access to maintain items and collect payments for H/R Payroll Department only
  • Other - PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT THE USER WILL BE EXPECTED TO DO
