Request Process:

Select “Request Service” to the right and complete all fill-able fields.  
 

Student Allotment Transfer Funds Request:

This form should be use to request Student Allotment transfers.  Requests will be forwarded to the Principal for approval.  Once approval has been given electronically, Accounting will create the transfer and close the ticket.  Any questions regarding transfers will be asked through comments in the Team Dynamix form.
