Parent Reimbursement - Vendor Access

Overview:

Parents can use Vendor Access to view reimbursements and change their account and mailing address information.  
Go to https://msbsdak.tylerportico.com/va/vendor-access to log in.
 

IMPORTANT:  First time uses must create a Vendor Access account.  Please review the following bulleted items:

  • All details (Adult ID, Name, Email) used within the Vendor Access registration process must match the applicable ParentVUE account. 
    The owner of the ParentVUE account is identified at the top of the screen:

    Therefore the Vendor Access account needs to be set up using this guardians details:

     
  • Once you have completed the Vendor Access Registration process please allow a few business days for this process to sync between our systems before your account will become usable. 
     
  • The red wordage in the image below is informational and may not be applicable to your situation. 
    If the "Submit Reimbursement Request button is active/clickable, your account is set up and you should be able to submit reimbursements.
