Vendor parent reimbursement reimburse

Overview:

Parents can use Vendor Access to view reimbursements and change their account and mailing address information.
Go to https://msbsdak.tylerportico.com/va/vendor-access to log in.

IMPORTANT: First time uses must create a Vendor Access account. Please review the following bulleted items:

All details (Adult ID, Name, Email) used within the Vendor Access registration process must match the applicable ParentVUE account.
The owner of the ParentVUE account is identified at the top of the screen:

Therefore the Vendor Access account needs to be set up using this guardians details:
Once you have completed the Vendor Access Registration process please allow a few business days for this process to sync between our systems before your account will become usable.
The red wordage in the image below is informational and may not be applicable to your situation.
If the "Submit Reimbursement Request button is active/clickable, your account is set up and you should be able to submit reimbursements.

Create an AccountSee More

Go to https://msbsdak.tylerportico.com/va/vendor-access, and start by clicking the Sign In button at the bottom of the sign-in screen.
On the next screen click the Create an Account button.
Fill in all fields on the next screen, click Sign Up.
Check your email account for a confirmation code, enter on the next screen and click Verify.
The next screen will give you the option to set up additional security methods, you can just click Continue.
Choose from one of the two available options in Vendor Access.
Expand the applicable See More steps below to proceed:

Create New Vendor: I Have Never Received a Check From MSBSDSee More

You will need to know your Adult ID to proceed. This can be found under the Student Info tab in ParentVUE. Once there you will need to scroll to the bottom until you reach the Home School Information section.
Return to Vendor Access and enter the following on the Profile tab:
In the Business Name field enter the PARENTS NAME (LAST, FIRST).
In the FID field enter '01-' followed the Adult ID from step 1 (example: 01-143908).
Click Next.
On the Location screen:
In the Vendor Type field select Expense Reimbursement.
Enter your email address in the Vendor email field.
Enter your address in the Address information area.
Click Next.
On the Vendor tab check BOTH delivery methods and click Next.
Enter the required information on the Contacts screen:
In the Full Name field enter your name as LAST, FIRST.
In the Type field select Accounts Payable.
Click Next.
Click Next on the Documentation tab.
Click Submit on the Review tab.

You will need to know your Adult ID and your Vendor ID to proceed. These can be found under the Student Info tab in ParentVUE. Once there you will need to scroll to the bottom until you reach the Home School Information section.
In the Vendor Number field enter the Vendor Number from step 1.
In the FID fields enter '01-' followed by the FID (example: 01-143908).
Then click Find Vendor.
If this is the correct vendor, click Next. (If not you, click That's Not Me to return to the previous screen to re-enter the vendor information and correct any errors.)
The application provides the name and email address of the logged-in user. If you have received reimbursement checks from MSBSD in the past, but Vendor Access is unable to find your record, please contact purchasing@matsuk12.us. Please include your Synergy Adult ID, full name, and address in your email.
Enter at least one phone number to use for this email address and then click Finish. The Finish button is not available until the required fields are completed.
The next screen will confirm your Vendor number, click Go to Vendor Access. This will take you to your Vendor Access home page.

View Check Info

Clicking Checks displays a list of the checks that have been issued to the vendor, including EFTs, manual checks, printed checks, voided checks, and stale checks.

The checks can be quickly filtered by the last 7 days or the last 30 days. Clicking the Filter option provides additional fields to apply specific filter criteria to the results, such as a check number, date, or amount. Checks can be filtered back further than 30 days.

Clicking the arrow for an individual check provides additional information, such as the invoice associated with the check. Select the invoice to view the full invoice details.

Update Bank Account Info

To update your bank account info click the Vendor Profile tab on the left side of your screen, then click Update Profile.

Click Update my bank account to add or change bank account information. Click Save when done.

Password Reset

If a user forgets their assigned password, clicking the Forgot Password? link on the Sign-in screen provides the steps to reset the password. The Help link on the Sign-In screen also provides detailed password retrieval instructions.

Locked Account:

If a user's account is locked, clicking the Unlock Account? link on the Sign-in screen provides the steps to unlock the account.
