Exclude/Include students in Online Registration:See More

When completing Online Registration there may be students that you don't need to register, or that you need to register but are not listed in the students to enroll. You can exclude or include them from the process.

After completing the parent/guardian and emergency contacts sections, you will see the students to enroll.
If there are students in the list that a registration is not needed for you can exclude them, Use the button to the left of the student name
If the student you need to enroll is not listed in the students to enroll section, check the section student to exclude section, if you see them use the Include button to move them to the Students to enroll section.

NOTE: if the student is not listed in either section and they have attended the district previously you will need to contact the school office for help.

Foster Parent Situation:See More

NOTE: when a student exists in the student information system you need to have the correct rights in the system to complete online registration properly. If you don't the registration will be denied until the proper rights have been correct in the system.

For students that have attended MSBSD schools in the past.

Have a ParentVUE account created, if you need to create an account, follow the instructions for new to the district.
Work with the school to get the student connected to you in the Student Information System, prior to completing Online Registration.
Complete the Online Registration.

For students that are new to MSBSD.

Have a ParentVUE account created, if you need to create an account, follow the instructions for new to the district.
Complete the Online Registration, in the students to enroll section use the add a new student button, complete the forms and submit.

Out of District Athletic Registration:See More

This is needed for students that attend a different district but play sports with one of MSBSD schools

In ParentVUE, Online Registration, look for the Out of District Athletic application.
You will be asked to choose the traditional high school you will be participating at during this registration. Your registration will be routed to that school and the school will contact you with more information.
Register for the activity with the school you are requesting to participate at.
Complete the form and submit.

Migrant Registration:See More

This registration is needed for students that attend a different district but receive Migrant services from MSBSD.

In ParentVUE, Online Registration, look for the Migrant Education application.
Complete the form and submit.

Preschool:See More

MSBSD offers two preschool programs, through our Office of Student Support and Federal Programs Departments.
