P/StudentVUE Unofficial Transcript Process

Overview:

  • In Parent/StudentVUE there is a button on the COURSE HISTORY page: Unofficial Transcript. For this button to function, student transcripts need to be ‘Attached to PVUE’. The intent of this function is so that schools can control the data viewable to families when posting grades/editing transcripts. For convenience, this process can be scheduled to run on an interval (weekly, monthly, etc.) by using the Advanced Tab on STU204.

Using the Synergy Report "STU204" Student Transcript 

  1. Input the necessary parameters 
    1. Specific Grade Level(s)
    2. Transcript Option: UNOFFICAL TRANSCRIPT (Do not upload a Standard Copy)
  2. On the Sort/Output tab: 
    1. Under Attach PDF To Students:
    2. Attach to ParentVUE
    3. Document Category: PVUE Document
    4. Doc Comment: Applicable Comment
  3. Go to the Advanced Tab to schedule the report to run 
    • Select the necessary interval
    • Clicking "PRINT" schedules the report
