Campus User - Approving an Absence

Overview:

Follow these instructions to approve an absence in Absence Management.
 

Instructions:

  1. Sign in to Absence Management using the ID and PIN provided by the Mat-Su Borough School District.
  2. From your homepage, select the absence tab and select approve.

  3. A list of absences for your location will populate:

  4. Select search criteria to expand or limit the absences that will show. You can limit by date or status. Then click “Search.” New results will load.

  5. To view more information about an absence by clicking on the blue “CONF#” (confirmation number).

  6. To approve or deny an absence, click on the Check Box to the left of the absence. Then select “Approve”, “Deny,” or “Deny Part.”

  7. To approve multiple absences at once, select checkmarks next to multiple absences. Or click in the top check mark box to select all absences. Then “Approve,” “Deny,” or “Deny Part” of the absences.
