Campus User - Employee Schedule Changes Report


Follow these instructions to generate the “Employee Schedules Changes” report in Absence Management.


  1. Sign in to Absence Management using the ID and PIN provided by the Mat-Su Borough School District.
  2. From your homepage, click on the “Reports” tab at the top of the page. When the “Reports” options drop down, select “Report Writer.”

  3. Once the Report Writer page loads, select “any time” in the show reports last run or created drop down box. Then select “all” in the access section and click the “search” button.

  4. A screen will load with report templates that have previously been created that you can use by running the reports with new filters. Scroll down until you can see the “Employee Information” section.

  5. Select the “Employee Schedule Changes” report and run with new filters.

  6. Uncheck the all box, in the “School” section and type in “your school name.” Then make sure the active check box is selected in the “Active” section, so that you are only changing/checking active employees schedules. Now select “Run.”

  7. A screen will come up asking you how you would like the report to be run. Select the “Excel Compatible” option and select “Let me know when the report is ready” or “I want to run the report right away and click “Run.”

  8. In the next screen, when the report is ready the Excel icon will be green and the dates from the report will be filled in. When the report is ready, click on the Excel icon and open the report in excel. All of the employees’ schedules at your school will populate in the report.

  9. When you open the excel document, all of your active employees schedules for your school will show up in this report.

  10. Now, HR would like you to check and make sure that employee’s start time, half day break start time, half day break end time, and end time is correct. If the start time, break time, or end times are incorrect. Please update these times for all employees at your school.

  11. Once you have made sure that all of the employees at your site have correct schedules, please save the file and email the updated excel file back to and I will update these schedules in Aesop.
