The video system provides live and recorded video images of School District facilities, forensic evidence from recorded video images, the capability to audit compliance with policies and procedures, and the capability to remotely view activity and history at a facility. The system assists in protecting students, staff, facilities, assets and to observe and record actions in and around the facility.

Camera Problems
Request Process:
- Select Request Service from the menu on the right.
- Fill out the form with as much information as you can provide.
- Service requests will first be routed to the IT Department for initial troubleshooting. If needed the request will then be routed by IT staff to the Facilities Department, if required. This does not require any additional action by the requester.
More detail is appreciated and allows for faster resolution.
User Responsibilities:
- Provide a "Short Description" of the issue. This will become the title of the Service Request and the title of any related emails.
- Provide a "Detailed Description" of the issue.
More detail is better than less. For example, if the issue ONLY happens when a specific action is performed this would allow for faster and better troubleshooting.
