What is CrisisGo?
CrisisGo has a number of key features outlined in this document. MSBSD will be focusing on making available a “digital playbook” to administrators and select staff. A “digital playbook” is essentially a mobile app based version of existing flipcharts, checklists and contacts used for emergency preparedness.
Using CrisisGo?
Below are some tips for using the product.
UPDATING DATA IN CRISISGO
When data in CrisisGo changes you need to update to retrieve those changes. Watch for red dots over icons.
There may be updates many CrisisGo features. Examples are Checklists, Contact or Groups.
If you are seeing a red dot beside any of your icons in the CrisisGo app it means that your organization has made changes to your emergency data. Tap the bar at the top to update all the latest emergency data.
CRISISGO SETTINGS
The image below shows the definition of the settings for your mobile app. MSBDS may not have all of these settings.
See image below for description of CrisisGo settings on your app. If there is a red dot on About you can click on it to update your app.
SOUND ISSUES WITH HEARING AIDS
If you have an issue with CrisisGo causing a constant sound, or cycling hearing aids on/off see this:
Make sure to use latest Version and turn on Battery Conservation Mode.
- Note:
- Latest Version is 6.15.3 as of 8/22/2022 (App > More (Bottom right on iPhone) > Settings > About. If this isn’t your current version, you’ll need to go to the App store and update your App.
- Battery Conservation Mode: This is in your CrisisGo App > More (Bottom right on iPhone) > Settings > Battery Conservation Mode (Turn slider to on)
