Synergy UAP Access

Staff Screen

1. From the PAD Tree, Synergy SIS > Staff> Staff or from the Quick Launch 
2. Find the staff you are needing to track.
3. On the Credentials Tab, under Additional Job Classes section click the add button 
4. Complete the fields, Begin Date, End Date*, Job class (UAP), FTE, and Organization (choose school location)  

* End date will not remove access, this is for tracking purposes only.  If access needs removed please contact IT Call Center for this process.

• You can add a new line with the new time frame as the UAP completes required testing.

Service Request

1. Got to Service Request
2. Accounts and Access, Additional Access Request, Request Service 
3. Fill out form and submit.
