Below list of the 2 most common Web browsers: Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome
Microsoft Edge Web Browser:
Exporting Edge favorites from old computer:
Open Edge, select “Horizontal Ellipses button” (three dots upper right corner) > Favorites> click the three dots on that window Import favorites > Export favorites > select the location to save the export .html file type too.
Restoring/Importing Edge favorites on new computer:
Open Edge, select “Horizontal Ellipses button” (three dots upper right corner) > Favorites> click the three dots on that window Import favorites>Follow the desired Import option.
Google Chrome Web Browser:
Exporting Google Chrome favorites from old computer:
Open Chrome, Select “vertical Ellipses button” (three dots upper right corner) > Bookmarks > Bookmarks Manager > on this page a second (below) “vertical Ellipses button” > select Export Bookmarks and select the location to save the export .html file type too.
Restoring/Importing Chrome favorites on new computer:
Open Chrome, Select “vertical Ellipses button” (three dots upper right corner) > Bookmarks > Bookmarks Manager > on this page a second (below) “vertical Ellipses button” > select Import Bookmarks and select the file location to Import bookmark from (.html file type).
