Konica Login with Hold Queue

Overview:

Chrome and iPrint will only be enabled for select printers in order to manage the ability of staff and students to print via the Internet.
  1. At the Konica Device, use your badge or enter your staff or student ID number (the five-digit number, no initials, no leading zero i.e., 12345) and then click Login.

  2. Select whether you want to access Print Release, Device Functions, or Scan.

         

  1. If you want to print all your held documents, you can select “Print All”.
  2. If you select the Device functions option, you will be brought to the standard screen, to use the Multi-Function Device.
  3. If you have selected Scan, you will need to select where to send the scan.

You can choose "Print Release" and then indicate which print jobs you would like to proceed with.
