PaperCut: Creating a Secondary Login
Overview:
These directions will assist you in creating a secondary UserID for logging in to Konica or Xerox Copy Multi-Function Devices (MFD). The purpose of a Secondary ID is for use by Teachers Aide, helper or an assistant.
Note:
Only one secondary number can exist per staff member, at a time. You can regenerate the Secondary ID at any time, as needed.
Instructions:
Access PaperCut from Employee Quick Links, If a login credentials box pops open, enter your Network Credentials.
Go to “Change Details”
Then click “Generate Number”.
