TOURNEYS WITH MULTIPLE GAMES ON SAME SUBSITE AT ONCE

  1. Use a Tournament and enter the generic info for date, time, sport and level. Click yes for officials. Publish and Save using Create Tournament and this will be what flows to ArbiterLive so parents know the time of the tourney.

  2. Once Created you’ll see more fields to enter. Put in sites you’ll use. Most schools would put in Gym and Gym Small so they can have 2 nets in the big gym and 1 in small.

  3. Add Teams so the other schools get this added to their Arbiter schedules and ArbiterLive for parents.

  4. Then you do need to add games. You don’t have to ID teams, just leave them TBA. This tells Bob how many officials you need and at what time. You can add multiple games in one screen – just choose number of games, duration, lag time between games and time of first game. This will add 4 one hour games from 12pm – 4pm with no break. 1 official per game.

  5. Do this twice on the gym that has two nets and once for the small gym with one net. Then you’ll have 12 games (8 in the gym and 4 in the small gym) and Bob will know you need 3 officials for 4 hours to take care of all 3 nets. (Screen shot ends at 2pm)

MEETS:
