Mitel Staff User, Phone Voice Mail Box setup

Note:  Mitel Phones staff voice mail boxes are set up the same; please note that there are two sets of instructions below, those using the second set are identified.

Instructions for sites with three digit internal dialing:

• Dial 6900
• Follow the voice mail setup prompts. When default password is changed to 1111 the staff user setup requires a password change.
  • The default password is 1111, it may also be changed to 1234 when staff move. If neither work, please enter a service request for a mail box password reset and verify your phone 6 digit extension (See Request Service at bottom). 

Instructions for other sites:

• Dial 6245
• Follow the voice mail setup prompts. When Admin Secretary reset default password to 1111 the staff user setup requires a password change.
  • The default password is 1111, it may also be changed to 1234 when staff move. If neither work, please enter a service request for a mail box password reset and verify your phone 6 digit extension (See Request Service at bottom).
